(“GOP”) grants you a royalty-free, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, copy and use the documentation and information pertaining to the Global Open Platform Pte. Ltd. Application Programming Interface ("GOP APIs") provided via this website and via the GOP API test environment ("Sandbox") and sandbox data (meaning the fake masked, obfuscated, encrypted and/or otherwise incorrect or inactionable test data provided via the Sandbox), collectively hereafter referred to as the "Developer Content", solely for the purpose to enable you to develop, test, connect with, and support the development of your application for your benefit of participating in the programme which aims to develop and embed GOP APIs for use with websites and mobile applications to enhance existing customer journeys and/or introduce new and innovative customer journeys ("GOP API Programme").
Developer credentials (such as passwords, keys, and client IDs) are intended to be used by you and identify your API Client. You will keep your credentials confidential and make reasonable efforts to prevent and discourage other API Clients from using your credentials. Developer credentials may not be embedded in open source projects. You shall be fully responsible and liable at all times for all activities performed and/or your use of this website where such activities and/or use are associated with your developer credentials.
All services, information, APIs and other information provided to you by GOP are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You acknowledge and agree that GOP does not warrant the nature or content of any materials which you may gain access to, obtain or use as a result of or by means of or in the course of utilising the GOP API or related goods or services. In particular, the Service Provider does not warrant that such materials will not infringe any person’s rights (including intellectual property rights) or contain any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code. Under no circumstances will GOP be liable regardless of the form of action for any failure of performance, system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, breach of security, computer virus, malicious code, corruption, delay in operation or transmission, transmission error or unavailability of access in connection with the GOP API or any related goods or services.
GOP makes no promises or claims related to the availability or uptime of the GOP API or any related good or services. These terms do not entitle you to any support to assist you with the development of your application. You are solely responsible for providing all support and technical assistance of your applications. You acknowledge and agree that GOP has no obligation to provide any support or technical assistance to any users of your application(s).
You acknowledge and agree that GOP may, at our sole discretion, amend or modify the GOP API or related goods or services, and these terms from time to time, and that any impact and/or consequences such modification may have on your use of this website and the development of your application is solely at your cost and risk.
You are solely and entirely responsible for your application (including but not limited to any actions taken and/or any claims made by others related to your application), including but not limited to your application's development, operation, maintenance, compliance with all applicable laws, and all materials that appear on or within your application.
GOP may terminate these terms and conditions and your access to this website and/or your use of the GOP API or any related goods and services at any time at our sole discretion without notice and without assigning any reason therefor.
